Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you have not received tracking within 6 business days, send us an email and we will look into it right away.

We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Because of the nature of large wellness equipment, items must be in their original packaging and condition. Please contact our team before initiating a return so we can coordinate the process smoothly.
